ProChem, Inc. ANNOUNCES PRODUCTION OF HEXACHLORODISILANE!

ProChem, Inc. is producing hexachlorodisilane (HCDS) (CAS#13465-77-5) in production quantities for use in semiconductor, solar, and organic chemical reactions.

ProChem's production capacity for Hexachlorodisilane is currently set at two metric tons per year. The capacity for larger scale production is readily available.

ProChem is currently producing two grades of Hexachlorodisilane. Both Electronic Grade HCDS (product#1962-EG) and Ultra High Purity Grade HCDS (product#1962-UHP) are currently being produced. Other grades with respect to specific purity requirements can also be delivered.

ProChem's proprietary manufacturing process achieves a very pure grade of Hexachlorodisilane. This is purified to meet the highest purity standards for semiconductor device applications.

ProChem, Inc. is welcoming orders, contracts, licensing agreements, and joint ventures for this product.
