Senior Chemist/Laboratory Manager
Education Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry
Experience Required: 5 years practical laboratory, chemical handling, and manufacturing experience
Job Duties: Maintain lab notebook and job orders, Chemical manufacturing, Analyze and test products to ensure purity/specifications are met,
Set up and run chemical reactions, Supervise the handling and disposal of Hazardous waste, Consolidate waste and move to satellite accumulation areas
Delegate jobs to lab techs and junior chemists to ensure jobs get done and with following proper procedures, Teach and advise junior chemists and lab techs on new procedures for on-going training. Package materials for shipment.
Junior Chemist
Education Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry
Experience Required: Chemical manufacturing
Job Duties: Maintain lab notebook and job orders, Analyze and test products to ensure purity/specifications are met, Set up and run chemical reactions Laboratory Maintenance, Package materials for shipment, Clean glassware and lab areas, Consolidate waste and move to satellite accumulation areas when directed Restock and take materials out of inventory, Follow procedures and directions for chemical production i.e. adding material to tanks/drums in process for manufacturing purposes
Lab Technician
Education Required: H.S. Diploma,
Job Duties: Laboratory Maintenance, Package materials for shipment,
Clean glassware and lab areas, Consolidate waste, move to satellite accumulation areas, load trucks when directed, Restock and take materials out of inventory, Follow procedures and directions for chemical production i.e. adding material to tanks/drums in process for manufacturing purposes, Load and unload trucks for receiving and shipping of products
